1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Reedlet ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization (such as a school or district), you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Reedlet is an educational platform that enables teachers to create custom AI-powered agents trained on their course materials. Students interact with these agents for personalized learning assistance. The Service uses advanced AI models to generate responses.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Teachers are responsible for student accounts they create. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or have parental/guardian consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content
  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access
  • Exceed your plan’s usage limits through automated means

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including training materials, documents, and custom instructions. By uploading content, you grant Reedlet a limited license to process, store, and use this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

6. AI-Generated Content

Responses generated by AI agents are provided for educational purposes only. Reedlet does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. Teachers are encouraged to review agent configurations and monitor student conversations.

7. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
